Currently, there are only 207 single-family homes available, a significant drop from over 600 just a few years ago. Homes are selling quickly, indicating that the market is indeed rebounding. As properties vanish, it’s clear that the local economy is gaining strength, leading to an increased demand for homes in the Chico area.
